How quote requests are used

This note describes what Roofing Nigeria actually does with a form submission. It is not a claim about a licence number, a registration display, or a regulator’s certificate. Those are not published here because they are not confirmed for this page.

What you send

The quote form asks for:

• The roof problem, property type, city, and neighbourhood.
• Timing, an optional description, and up to three optional photos.
• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Whether you prefer a phone call, an email, or a WhatsApp message.
• Anything else you type in the last box.

The site also records the path of the page you first opened in that browser session, including campaign parameters if they were on the link (the usual utm fields), and the browser user-agent string that arrives with the submission. That is so a person reading the inbox can see which page produced the request.

Why it is collected

The details are used to prepare a roofing quote and to follow up the way you asked. They are sent to Micheletti Construction for that purpose. They are not sold, and they are not handed to a panel of unrelated contractors.

Photos

Photos are optional. They are resized in your browser before they are submitted, then attached to the notification email when the email provider accepts attachments. Do not photograph documents you do not want in that email, and do not climb onto a wet roof to take a picture.

How long it is kept

The request needs to stay available while the quote is prepared and discussed. This page does not invent a retention period in years. If you want the details deleted after the conversation is finished, say so in the follow-up and name the email address you used.

What is not on this site

Micheletti Construction’s WhatsApp is +234 803 667 9688. That is the fulfillment company’s number, not a Roofing Nigeria hotline. Choosing “WhatsApp” on the form still means you want a message on the number you typed. No street address is published, and the number is not put in the structured data as Roofing Nigeria’s own telephone.

If email delivery is not configured on a particular preview of the site, the form returns an error and does not pretend the request was sent.

Work fulfilled by Micheletti Construction. Questions about a request you already sent belong in the reply thread, or in a new note via the quote form.
